Job Description:
      • Conduct market research and data analysis to follow and report on market trends.
      • Analyze market trends, competitors, and direct company’s future product strategies.
      • Analyze and understand customer journey, feed all related departments and follow necessary actions.
      • Analyze different customer groups based on demographic, operational, and behavioral factors and develop targeted segmentation models.
      • Support pricing process by performing product and price comparisons and positioning by examining the competition through market research and field studies.
      • Maintain constant communication with sales and product management teams to ensure rapid actions are taken for market and product needs.
      • Monitor and report on legislation and assess their potential impact on the business.
      • Develop data-based market forecasts and measure their efficiencies.
      • Forecast future market trends, sales volumes, prices, and technical content to guide strategic product project investments.
      • Support marketing communication activities with a product, customer and market-oriented perspective.
 
Qualifications :

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (specialization in marketing and/or product management is a plus).
      • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
      • Proficient in data, research, and insight analysis with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative marketing research techniques.
      • Highly motivated with a self-starter mindset, capable of making timely decisions, anticipating problems, and creating effective solutions with team spirit.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
      • Result oriented, ability to work flexibly and multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data from various sources to solve problems.
      • Extreme attention to detail and experience in preparing presentations for top management.
