    What is the job waiting for you?

    • Developing and leading the execution of a comprehensive, 360-degree annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Strategically planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of key company events, such as trade fairs, customer meetings, and product launches.
    • Leading cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with sales, after sales, product management, and other departments to maximize impact.
    • Managing the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Management and enhancement of all brand assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing communication materials and activities.
    • Defining and driving online communication strategies, including website management, social media channels, SEO optimization, content creation, and regular site updates and maintenance.
    • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of online and offline marketing initiatives, with a focus on making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Overseeing the creation of compelling content for all marketing communication tools, both digital and traditional.
    • Managing the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Developing creative communication briefs for campaigns, products, and new projects, ensuring clear messaging and positioning.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies and third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.


    What we are looking for?


    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
    • Expertise in building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships – within teams, across the business, with senior leaders, and with external partners.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive projects through effective organization and prioritization.
    • Experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation techniques, Fluent in English (both spoken and written); a second language is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs and marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
    • Adaptability to flexible working hours and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel as required.

Otonom MD9 electriCITY projesi ise devam etmekte olup, 2022 yılında test süreci için yollara çıkacaktır.
