Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions withinOracle Cloud ERP includingReports (BI Publisher, OTBI), Integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), Extensions (ADF/Visual Builder), and Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions acrossFinance, SCM, and Procurement modules.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, validations, and interfaces with third-party hospital systems (e.g., HIS, Inventory, HRIS).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues, ensuring minimal impact to hospital operations.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation activities during ERP rollouts and updates.
• Implement security roles and privileges in accordance with hospital IT governance and compliance standards.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work with Oracle Support to resolve SRs and manage quarterly patch analysis and regression testing.
• Provide training, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to end-users and junior team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture, development standards, and automation initiatives within the IT Applications team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP development (Financials, SCM, or Procurement).
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFdi, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, data models, and functional flows.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry workflows or large-scale enterprise implementations is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Cloud certification in ERP modules.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Exposure to healthcare IT systems (e.g., HIS, LIS, or inventory/asset management platforms).
