We are looking for a datadriven People Business Analytics & Insights Executive to join MAC, Türkiye’s leading fitness operator, evolving into a digital wellness ecosystem with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, MAC+, and NuSpa.
This role sits at the intersection of People Analytics, international reporting, workforce planning, and data driven decision making. You will play a key role in analyzing People data, generating insights, and supporting strategic initiatives across both local and global stakeholders.
You will be responsible for end to end People reporting processes, including regular and ad-hoc international reporting, working with large datasets, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support budgeting, headcount planning, and organizational effectiveness.
