HTalent 2025 Summer Term Internship Program

HTalent is a short-term summer internship program which seeks high motivated university students to offer them a real time work experiences in our company. During this 20-day period, you will discover & demonstrate your competencies with the assigned project.

What kind of talents we are looking for?

- Undergraduate degree university students from the related departments (Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.)
- Have a minimum 2.5 or higher GPA
- Have a strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Self-driven, proactive, eager to learn and strong team player
- Able to reside in Kocaeli / Sakarya during the internship period for positions in İzmit Plant departments (Production, Production Management, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Information & Communication Technologies (ICT), People & Culture, Corporate Communication, Health, Safety and Environment, General Affairs)
- Able to reside in İstanbul during the internship period for position in İstanbul Office (Sales, After Sales, People & Culture, Finance, Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)).

Please note that: Mandatory internship insurance must be covered by university.

Internship Periods:

Izmit Plant: 23 June - 18 July / 21 July - 15 August

Istanbul Office: 23 June - 18 July / 21 July - 15 August / 18 August - 12 September
