Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
  • At least 3 years of aviation experience-related job experience (preferable)
  • Good knowledge of English and German (in writing and speaking)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and able to pick up other software packages as required specific to business.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills,
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices,
  • Familiarity with regulations EU-261/04, UK 261 and SHY Yolcu,
  • Possess a customer focus, continuous improvement mentality, desire to give excellent service,
  • Having emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and outsources service providers at all levels, collaborate with them and work to find a solution,
  • Having good organizing, coordinating and follow-up skills,
  • High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
  • Being target-oriented, ability to set priorities for effective and having strong time management,
  • Being communicative, persuasive, polite and patient,
  • Organizational and teamwork ability,
  • High responsibility and stress resistance.

 Tasks:

  • Dealing with customer/passenger regarding their satisfaction at Freebird services,
  • Handling of customer/passenger claims by analysing, classifying, and recording them and reporting/informing related departments for required actions,
  • Having expertise for the regulations published by authorities about passenger rights for air travel,
  • Handling the passenger claims and complaints in accordance with EU261/2004 (UK 261) and SHY Yolcu.
  • Dealing with the passengers, passenger representatives, dept collectors, lawyers, NEB Authorities, law offices, courts for the passenger claims and complaints
  • Arranging and applying the customer satisfaction questionnaire to customer/passengers in certain time periods and record the feedbacks, analyse and report the results.
