Job Description

Freebird Airlines, one of the leading charter airlines established in 2000 in Turkey and has been active in EU since 2019 with its charter flights to and from Germany on a solid infrastructure, is currently seeking applications for the position of Station Manager. 

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a permanent position.

As Station Manager you expect you to supervise, monitor and coordinate all activities related to flight operations before, during and after the flight, within the agreement with ground handling service providers and airport authorities


Requirements: 

  • successfully completion of school education,
  • at least 2 years of experience in the airline industry,
  • organisational, coordination and follow-up skills,
  • good command of German and English,
  • competency in the use of computers, especially MS Office programmes,
  • high degree of flexibility, resilience, a talent for improvisation and a willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays,
  • enjoy working in a team and have strong interpersonal skills
  • live in Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover or close to these cities and are able to travel between these cities on a daily basis,
  • are available for travelling abroad
  • A reliability check (ZÜP) according to §7 Aviation Security Act is an advantage
