QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities,
• More than 1 years of experience in Human Resources processes,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Proficient knowledge of Ms Office applications and data management skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details,
• Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills,
• Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment,
• A good team player and self-disciplined.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take an active role in all stages of recruitment process,
• Supporting for HR digitalization,
• Reviewing and revising related HR procedures; work with all departments to execute HR processes,
• Plan and organize various levels of training for new and existing employees, 
• Serve as member of HR team to provide excellent customer service; back up other team members as needed,
• Following up Turkish Labor Law and other related legal regulations about HR issues,
• Follow up of personal files,
• Supporting processes of other HR functions.
