This year, we are excited to launch the 8th edition of ETi'D.E. (ETi Discover Excellence) program, aiming to help young talents discover their potential and contribute to their personal development.
Participants in this global program, driven by ETi's strategies, will have the opportunity to work on project-based assignments, gain experience presenting to top management, and access unique opportunities that will support their career journeys. During the internship, they will also be part of an exclusive training program and receive mentorship from project advisors to further enhance their skills.
* If you are a 3rd or 4th-year university student
* If you have a strong command of English
* If you have a career interest in Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Food Research & Product Development, Digital & Information Systems, ETi Machinery, Technology, or Quality Assurance in the FMCG sector
* If you are courageous, agile, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
* If you think outside the box and your dreams have no boundaries, you are the one we are looking for!
Program Details:
- Duration: July 2025 - September 2025 (3 months)
- You will work 5 days a week during the summer break (3 months).
- You will work on a project aligned with ETi's strategies, and at the end of this period, you will present your project to the teams.
- If your schedule permits, you can continue the internship during the school term for at least 3 days a week, totaling 11 months.
