What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To provide leadership and operational oversight in the management of SAP FICO and SAP BPC to ensure SAP modules are effectively aligned with the organization’s business objectives, optimized for efficiency, and integrated seamlessly across various business functions.
What Do We Expect From You?
•To lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP FICO and BPC consultants/analysts, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and support services,
•To oversee and orchestrate outsourced support activities, ensuring SLAs are met and the business experiences minimal disruption,
•To oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP FICO (including submodules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Profitability To analyze (CO-PA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)) and BPC solutions, and align these modules with Eti’s objectives,
•To identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency by striving for standardization,
•To lead and manage SAP-related projects in the respective unit, including new implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements considering project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget,
•To ensure that respective SAP operations comply with international financial and operational standards,
•To develop and generate detailed reports to monitor and analyze business performance,
•To support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely data,
•To ensure compliance to KVKK, GDPR, all respective data protection and industry regulations for the systems and process implementations in the area of responsibility,
•To ensure the provision of expert guidance and support to end-users of the related SAP modules,
•To stay updated on the latest SAP developments, particularly in S/4HANA and respective SAP Cloud solutions and industry-specific trends,
•To drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience,
•To identify and manage potential risks associated with the SAP system, including data integrity, security, and operational risks in the respective area.
Why You?
•If you have a bachelor’s degree in In Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field,
•If you have at least a minimum of 7 years of experience in the SAP modules SAP FICO (including FI, CO, AA, CO-PA, PCA) and BPC, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,
•If you have a strong understanding of business processes within the FMCG industry preferably in the international environment,
•If you have a proven track record of leading SAP-related projects, including implementations and upgrades,
•If you have familiarity with the latest SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions,
•If you have strong skills in identifying and implementing process improvements,
•If you have a proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors and outsourced Resources, you might be the person we are looking for!
