Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering),
At least 2 years of experience in contract management or related field, preferably within the energy or construction industry,
Adequate understanding of contract law and legal principles related to construction and engineering contracts,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and legal concepts to the stakeholders,
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure,
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite,
Fluent in written and spoken English,
Strong cognitive skills and critical thinking ability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales, engineering, legal departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines to meet contract needs effectively,
Liaise with relevant departments to review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including EPC contracts and subcontractor agreements, as well as wind farm operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements,
Support risk assessments and identify potential legal or contractual issues related to project execution,
Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to mitigate any risks or disputes that may arise during project implementation,
Provide guidance and leadership to project managers and stakeholders on contractual matters, including change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution,
Assist in developing and maintaining contract management processes, templates, and tools to streamline contract administration and ensure consistency across projects,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and legal, to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in contract management practices,
Be responsible for overseeing the implementation phase of contracts and ensuring effective coordination with field teams,
Oversee the tracking of progress payments and ensure that required controls and verifications are properly implemented.

Elektrik ve buhar üretimi faaliyetlerimizi ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi’ne uygun olarak yürütüyoruz. Bu kapsamda müşteri odaklı çalışıyor ve kesintisiz enerji tedariği sağlıyoruz.
