  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related departments of reputable universities,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience (preferably in Energy and/or Banking Sector),
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven team player,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Strong cognitive skills and critical thinking ability,
  • Expertise in managing people and strong communication skills,
  • Competence in financing transactions, hedging instruments and the related documentation
  • Organized, able to prioritize projects, fulfill deadlines, show flexibility.
  
  
  Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the borrowing activities with banks, international financial institutions, and export credit agencies to address the long-term financing and refinancing requirements of Entek,
  • Managing NDA process with financial instutions to start data sharing,
  • Drafting Requests for Proposals (RfPs) and distributing them to financial institutions, gathering and summarizing responses, performing due diligence, engaging in negotiations,
  • Coordinating debtors due diligence process,
  • Seeking opportunities for hedging via derivatives for the financing,
  • Following-up reporting/financial covenants and sharing data within the deadline,
  • Monitoring and presenting developments in both Turkish and global financial markets,
  • Overseeing and coordinating continuous interactions with debtors and shareholders,
  • Supporting the integration of the relevant financings into Entek's internal systems and reporting,
  • While playing an active role in shaping Entek's financial strategies, the emphasis is placed on the ongoing enhancement of the debt portfolio and the minimization of financial expenses.
