Job Description

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals, as well as with the Headquarter.
  • Implement and manage employee benefit programs.
  • Assist HR Head in the strategic development of home country policies and procedures to support the human resources function.
  • Manpower Budgeting, Planning and controlling in coordination with respective departments.
  • Responsible for all headcount reporting locally and internationally.
  • Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
  • Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources reports and metrics.
  • Assisting the Leadership in conducting Grade and PIR Review exercises and any other special projects as may be directed by the Headquarter.
  • Collection, updation, verification and maintenance of KPIs from all departments.
  • Responsible for running the Mid-Year and Year-end performance review processes for the entire organization.
  • Responsible for preparation of increment and variable pay proposals.

Skills required:

  • Clear and meaningful communication skills; attention to details.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheet application.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Problem analyzing and solving approach.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Knowledge of HR trends, developments and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, Government policies and industrial relations.

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
