Dawlance is currently looking for ambitious, dynamic, and energetic people to join our Flagship Fresh Start Internship Program.  In this program, we aim to offer a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and professional development in their specific field. 

During this internship program, interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain valuable insights into the industry. They will also receive mentorship and guidance throughout their internship, as well as opportunities for networking and skill-building.

Fresh Start Internship Program provides multiple Internship positions in different functions, whereby each intern is assigned a specific project for the duration of 06-08 weeks. 

All projects are measurable in terms of performance as at the end of the Fresh Start Summer Internship Program, each intern presents their project & their accomplishments to the Management team of Dawlance out of which the 05 Top Interns are selected and awarded the following:

Golden Key to future: This will enable them to join Dawlance post-graduation bypassing the recruitment process.
