At BSH, we believe that innovation grows stronger when powered by diversity.
That’s why for the fourth year, we proudly continue WE Power  our long-term internship program designed to empower women in engineering and sales by opening doors to real opportunities and real impact.

Through WE Power, we are shaping a workplace where every woman’s potential finds its voice, especially in areas where women have traditionally been underrepresented.
Our dedication to gender equality has already been recognized with the Women-Friendly Company Awareness Award and we’re not stopping there. Every year, more talented women step forward, grow, and lead with us.

Who Can Join

We’re looking for driven, curious, and courageous female students who are ready to make a difference in engineering or sales.

If this sounds like you, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You’re a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate student excited to explore engineering or sales.

  • You can commit to working at least 3 days a week.

  • You’re proactive, independent, and eager to learn  someone who embraces innovation, agility, leadership, and collaboration.

  • You enjoy working in diverse, international teams and thrive in a multicultural environment.

  • You’re flexible and open to working in İstanbul or Çerkezköy (Tekirdağ).
