Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and SAS
  • Fluency in English is required, as the role involves working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Skilled in working with complex data sets, including data cleaning and modeling
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good time management and result-oriented working approach
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Description:

  • Prepare operational and strategic reports and analyses based on company-wide data needs
  • Gather reporting requirements from different departments and deliver clear, accurate, and timely reports
  • Provide meaningful insights for decision-making by generating data outputs for management
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and contribute to improving data quality
  • Integrate information from different data sources to create regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Propose and implement improvements for reporting process automation
  • Conduct performance analyses to help optimize internal business processes
  • Maintain and update dashboards and KPI reports used by upper management
  • Prepare presentations and summaries to share analysis results with internal stakeholders
